First, we would like to assure you that the company “Geniki Taxydromiki” with whom we work receives every appropriate prevention and protection measures for Covid-19.
In these extraordinary circumstances, our main priority is to preserve our operation and the seamless, as far as possible, delivery of shipments. Despite our efforts for immediate service to minimize average delivery time, there may be modifications and possible
deviations from the usual handling and shipping dates for a specific number of destinations, mainly in urban areas.
We are sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might occur due to modifications of the shipment schedule management.

Product Shipping
Our goal is to deliver the order to you in the shortest time possible, by simplifying the shipping process. The shopkeeper “DIMOSTHENOUS CHRISTOS” is responsible for packing the parcel properly, checking the good condition of the product before shipment, while bearing no responsibility for any damage that may occur to the parcel during shipment. The package travels under the responsibility of the recipient and the parcel search process after its departure from the store is undertaken entirely by them. The customer has the right to request any information about the shipping (voucher number, company,
shipping dates) from the store via e-mail to info@flowersonline.gr or by phone at +30 210 6511868 during working hours (10:00-19:00) and the store is obliged to respond as soon as possible.
Shipping Cost
For orders within Greece exceeding 60 €, the shipping will be FREE.
For orders of smaller value there is a transport fee of €6 up to 1 kg and each additional kg is charged at €1.
Shipments throughout Greece will be placed through the company “Geniki Taxydromiki”. In case you have a specific preference for the transport company that will serve you please note it in the comments of the order. Otherwise the delivery company will be selected at the discretion of our store.
Products Delivery
Delivery time for Attica is 1-3 working days and for Mainland Greece, Crete and the Islands (for delivery in Capitals of the Prefectures and not in remote areas) is 3-4 working days , provided that the products you have ordered are available.
The above shipping dates do not apply in extreme weather conditions, strikes or in any case of force majeure. The aforementioned delivery dates are according to the suggestions of the collaborating courier companies and our store bears no responsibility for any deviation.
In case a product is not immediately available, you will be informed directly via the contact e-mail you stated during your registration.

Changes – Returns – Product Replacement
For all cases where you wish to return or replace the product you must notify us within five (5) days of receipt at the e-mail address info@flowersonline.gr notifying us of the reason for return or replacement and providing a contact phone number. Alternatively, you can contact us at +30 210 6511868 (Monday-Friday, 10:00-14:00). Then the parcel should be delivered to an “Geniki Taxydromiki” store in order to be shipped at the headstore Imittou 1, Cholargos, ZIP code: 155 61.
Return Policy:
- The product must not have been used
- The return must take place within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of contacting us
- The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, Invoice, Shipping Receipt-Invoice, etc.)
- The product must be in the condition shipped by the sender, complete and without any damage, while its packaging should be the one that originally accompanied the product.
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement for the following reasons:
i. SHIPPING WRONG PRODUCT
In cases where, with proven fault of “DIMOSTHENOUS CHRISTOS”, products were delivered to you in a different design or size than that of the order you placed, you can return the products.
ii. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you bought, within ten (10) calendar days after receiving the product, and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have already paid, or at an additional price if you wish to purchase either additional items or something more expensive.
The return of the product in cases i and ii, is free of charge within Greece, if the mistake is proven and always after contact with our physical store at +30 210 6511868 (Monday-Friday, 10:00-14:00).
iii. PRODUCT CHANGE
In case you want to change the product you bought, contact us directly at +30 210 6511868 (Monday-Friday, 10:00-14:00).
The shipping costs burden the consumer, otherwise the product change won’t be accepted by our store.
No change will be made if not prior consultation with our store and if there is no original Proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, invoice, Delivery Note-Invoice etc).
iv. WITHDRAWAL
The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days after receiving their order, without justifying the return, and request a refund of the purchased product value without necessarily placing a new order.
Returned products should not have been used. Refund is applied for products purchased by any means of payment and concerns only orders placed from the online store and / or phone orders.
If the purchase was conducted by card, the refund is deposited on the same card used for the purchase. In case of cash on delivery and bank deposit purchases, the refund is applied by deposit to the personal bank account dictated to us by the consumer.
The refund is completed within 14 (calendar) days from the date that the store receives the returned products. However, the store may delay to refund the money if there is a delay in receiving the products or the receipt of return.
In any case the refund is made only when the products are returned to the store and only after they are inspected that they are in excellent condition. Responsibility for the correctness of the personal bank account details for the deposit of the refund belongs exclusively to the customer.
Any other charges and bank charges are borne entirely by the customer and the store has no responsibility over the charged amount, because this is determined by each bank.
The withdrawal concerns exclusively the value of the product and does not include the service of cash on delivery and shipping costs.
Payment Methods
CREDIT or DEBIT CARD
- Accepted Cards: All credit cards.
- Using your credit or debit card for your online purchases at “flowersonline.gr” store is completely safe, as long as you follow the indicated instructions.
- To pay by credit or debit card, you must fill in the relevant form the exact name of the holder, the card number, its expiration date and the three-digit number (CVV) on the back of the card.
- In any case of purchase, the buyer must also be the owner card used for each transaction.
DEPOSIT IN A BANK ACCOUNT
The customer deposits the exact amount, for up to 2 working days from the day of the order placement, into the following bank account:

In the remittance info field, the customer should fill in the name from which the order was made or code of the order given. Please send proof of deposit to info@flowersonline.gr to avoid any delays due to banking procedures.
PAY on DELIVERY
The customer pays with the delivery of the order at their place, the employee of the “ACS” courier company. In this case the customer will be charged a cash on delivery fee of 2 € . Pay on delivery service is valid only for deliveries within Greece.
Purchase From The Store
Our store is located at Imittou 1, Cholargos, Attica, Greece. In case the customer decides to purchase from the store (if no payment has been made by bank or other electronic means) the products of your choice are kept up to “three (3)” working days from the day of the order. If for any reason the customer does not appear during this time he/she can contact our store at +30 210 6511868 or via mail at info@flowersonline.gr to rearrange the day of receipt. In any other case the products are exempted and the order must be replaced. In this case, our store bears no responsibility for the availability of products thereinafter.
